AutoFlowAdapt: This function uses a sensor and measurements to detect air bubbles or changes in system pressure that effect injection amounts. The system automatically calculates what motor speed is needed to compensate for these discrepancies and adjusts pump performance to ensure precise injection.
Auto Deaeration: Ideal for applications with off-gassing chemicals (like sodium hydrochloride), the auto deaeration feature moves the diaphragm periodically when the pump is in standby mode, breaking up air bubbles. The gas is then push through the dosing head, preventing airlock and ensuring your pump operates as anticipated after long stand-by periods.
SlowMode: When the SlowMode function is selected, the pump extends and smooths its suction stroke. This helps to prevent cavitation when pumping highly viscous chemicals, or in applications with long suction lines.
